New resolutions (4)
“January is almost over and you have no resolutions yet Izzy… what about your resolution to do sport again?” says Izzy to herself. Izzy or her full name Izadora Roberts is a woman in her 30’s working a lot in a job she loves but she hates her life, so she finds something in her job that makes her smiling.
Izzy is a plus size woman but few years ago she was a very good athlete however depression hit her so hard after her sister’s death in a car accident with her father. She was 15 at the moment and lived in a family she loved so much, Izzy was adopted but was so loved with her parents Layla and Kurt and her sister Melody. Even though they don’t look alike, for everybody they were the sisters and the best duo in the cheerleading team.
But everything stopped after Melody and Kurt’s deaths, Izzy went into the hole of depression, eating disorder, drugs, alcohol underage… she was doing everything to die and to add more to the tragedy… Layla hanged herself, meaning that Izzy is now alone. She barely survives after years and years of self-abuse in drugs, alcohol and food, she finally makes it and now she looks normal, but her body lost everything and she lost her will to do sports ever again or maybe she uses work as an excuse to do no sports. However, like every January for years, she does her best to respect her resolutions but until now only the resolution of doing sport has never been respected.
Today Izzy is dressed up in grey jeans and blue long sleeves top with her long brown hair and black eyes, her smile radiant shows she feels fine in her head… at least until now. During the day, her secretary calls her for each client coming in her office and while she has nobody in her office she has a call and her secretary says: “Ma’am… I have a young woman claiming she knows you and wants to see you… her name is Melody Sunny Roberts… Do I let her in?”
Hearing the name, Izzy becomes white as she says: “Is… is it a joke? Who’s that person? Wait… just let her in… thank you Lynn…”
At this moment Izzy wonders who that is… is this a very bad tasted joke from someone she might knows from her past or it’s a complete coincidence that person has nothing to do with her sister apart from sharing the name… however… Her thoughts are interrupted when the person comes in Izzy’s office…
Izzy’s face is once again white when she sees the person coming in as she whispers: “It’s… it’s impossible… Mel…”
The person in front of her is a young blond girl in cheer practice outfit with red and white shorts and black t-shirt, socks and shoes, her blond hair, blue eyes and braces smile… she’s the spitting image of the late Melody Roberts… her sister… and she says with a huge bubbly smile: “Hey sis… it’s been soo long OMG… like 15… 20 years or something… Good to be back in shape… and look at you all grown up but… what happened to you sis?”
Izzy can’t take it anymore as tears flood out of her eyes and says: “OMG sis… I… I… after your accident with… dad… I… I lost my best friend… my confident… the… the…”
Melody looks deep in Izzy’s eyes saying “I know hunnie… I love you too… you’re my sister, my best friend… we’re not blood related but you’re the sister I always wanted to have and you’re the love of my life…”
As she stops speaking, she goes closer to Izzy and touches her hair, her face as she says now: “I want my sister back…”
Then she kisses Izzy who’s responding to her kiss but as she does so… it feels so wrong since she’s an adult and Melody is still a teenager but Izzy suddenly feels her body going heavier and heavier… same for her eyes as Melody says: “I don’t need to grow up now but you need to regress and be the wonderful cheerleader you used to be… time for a wild ride baby girl…”
At this moment Melody starts touching Izzy, kissing her as her body changes, her hair stays the same but becomes greasy and full of dandruff as if she didn’t wash her hair for weeks or when she just had a big sport session. Her face changes, becoming younger, losing traits of adulthood but regaining her confidence even though her acne and freckles, her huge breast as her belly after years of junk food disappear for beautiful muscles, athletic body with abs, her breast is now AA cup with her nipples erecting, her nails on her fingers and toes are plain and cut to the base, her feet are calloused due to the cheer practice, her skin is soft all her stretch marks disappeared. Her armpits gain a little stubble with pearls of sweat as her pussy is covered with a bush and her hymen is back… meaning she’s virgin again.
This transformation drained Izzy’s energy as Melody says: “I’m so happy my sister is back… welcome home baby girl…”

At the same moment, Izzy’s old clothes disappear to become her cheer practice outfit, starting with black panties and black sport bra both from Nike, her red and white shorts, her black tank top with the cheerleading team name TIGERS, her hair is done in ponytail with cute red scrunchie, on her feet no more heels but black socks and white sport shoes well used.
While changing environment and clothes, Izzy has lost most of her previous memories such as her experience, her years of depression instead of college and of course the death of her whole family but all her memories from before that moment are more recent than she expected because she’s now in highschool with her sister Melody and for the new year they are in cheer competition together.
Izzy opens her eyes, she’s in the locker room with her sister looking at her, Izzy smiles with her cute braces and Melody does the same as she says: “Ready for training baby girl…”
Izzy gives her sister a loving kiss as she says: “More than ready baby girl…”
The kiss gave her a heartbeat as her Apple watch which magically appeared on her wrist reacts. They go to the stadium, weather is nice but it’s a bit chilly outside… it’s the best for huge effort and the practice was good as the girls see their mom waiting for them.
They surprise her as they show her the list and Izzy says: “Look who’s on the list mom…”
Their mom can’t stop saying “OMG… OMG… OMG… these are my girls… my perfect girls… congratulations my loves…”
After a massive hug, the mom takes this picture with Melody on the left in her black t-shirt and blond hair smiling radiantly with her braces and on the right of course Izzy with her cute braces smile too and her brown hair done in a ponytail just like her sister. While the girls get their bags, their mom publishes the picture saying:
In the car while the mom drives and Melody is watching outside, Izzy can’t stop thinking about something… something strange, she had like a dream… well more like a nightmare where she was alone and fat and depressed in this exact same year… it’s impossible… so she opens her bag as she finds her purse with inside her school ID saying :
Looking at her card, she smiles as she whispers to herself: “Everything’s fine… I’m with the people I love the most…”
As she says that to herself, she feels Melody’s hand on hers, she smiles and Izzy smiles too as she whispers: “I love you baby girl…”
And Melody to whisper back: “Love you too baby girl…”
