“Come on ladies… keep going, keep going… Ashley… come on…” This is what Coach Lydia Duncan says to her swimming relay team leading by Ashley Munroe.
Lydia is in her mid-40’s when Ashley is around 29 years old, they know each other for more than 20 years when Lydia was still a professional swimmer and started training Ashley and it kept going when Lydia retired. With her friends Gloria, Sasha and Payton, Ashley is a good swimming relay leader, these women really like each other. But for some time now the team doesn’t do good at all and now they go last on every competition. Lydia thinks the team is way too bad when the team knows its worth and thinks it comes from the coach. And today Ashley must take the decision to tell Lydia to step out of the coaching since she’s so bad.
She goes to her office and tells her: “Hey coach… listen…”
But she barely has time to finish her sentence that Lydia says: “How you came to your senses now… good… I was going to tell you to step out of the team… but if you do it yourself it’s good…”
Ashley is taken aback by Lydia’s sentence… yet it was in this moment that Ashley has realized that she’s got a power she’d have never suspected… she can read through people’s mind and hears Lydia saying: “Good… she was here to tell me to step out but I don’t want that… I’m not over yet… I… I need time and this money to destroy the team…”
Ashley is now outraged as she storms out Lydia’s office telling everything to her friends who don’t believe her at first until she tells them all their deepest thoughts. They finally come up with a plan as the other girls come to training on the main swimming pool and Sasha says: “Hey coach… where is Ashley… she was supposed to be here first…”
Lydia to answer: “I know but from today… Ashley has been fired from the team… you’re only three and no need to ask for a replacement… Sasha… since you asked… you’re the leader…”
Suddenly Ashley storms out in complete anger: “I can’t believe you say this… I can’t believe I looked at you as my model… my mentor… you’re just a fucking bitch that desperately needs money when you have no talent…”
This time it’s Lydia that is taken aback… she can’t even answer as all the girls say: “I can’t believe it… yeah Ashley was right… Lydia just wants us to lose to have her money…”
The coach, former glory of swimming relay is on her knees as she says: “Pl… please girls… I… don’t say anything to the… league… or I lost everything… please…”
Ashley seizes Lydia by her polo as she says: “You should have thought about it before… but you know what bitch… I think I have a solution… you’re such a bad coach that I really wondered if you were this good as swimmer… I give you the occasion to swim again… ladies… time to give this woman here… her girly form…”
Lydia doesn’t understand what’s going on… she wants to say something, but her mouth is shut and her body feels like jelly and doesn’t move anymore. The whole team starts undressing Lydia revealing her strong but mature body, at this moment Ashley speaks in foreign language as strange glowing happens and suddenly Lydia’s body starts changing as her body loses inches from her quite impressive 5.9 ft., she’s now only 5.3 ft. her body frame loses fat but keeps muscles giving her back her broad shoulders thanks to her years in swimming, her fake blond almost white hair turns natural chestnut and gets longer till the middle of her back. Her saggy breast from her years milking her children is back to its prime with pink hard nipples, her small belly shows up abs. This first part of her transformation gives Lydia a new found energy but something goes on… this time her curves disappear her ass looks like nothing… her C cup breast in full glory deflates to a small A cup, her skin perfect is now covered with acne, her blue eyes are now brown and her white teeth are adorned with metal braces suddenly appearing out of nowhere.
At the same moment, Lydia feels her head hurting so bad as her memories change… to the point that she’s no longer Lydia Duncan the coach and former champion of swimming relay, in her 40’s and mother of two… she’s now Amy Rose Munroe, she’s barely 15 years old and she’s Ashley’s daughter… Ashley had her after a quick relationship in class, if she was threatened to be dumped from school and swimming team if she kept the child… she proved them all wrong by staying the amazing student she was and amazing swimmer… Her daughter is her everything and she raised her in the best way, showing her resilience in life and how she must be ready for every difficulty and of course Amy admires her mom so much that she chooses also swimming as her sport. And Amy is very good swimmer; she wins her first competitions when she was barely 7 years old when Ashley was winning her competitions as leader swimming relay in college. Now as professional swimmer Ashley trains her baby girl and her teammates for the swimming relay State competition.
At this moment, Amy’s new teammates come into the locker rooms and sees Amy in her new teen athlete body, they put on her one-piece swimsuit and put in her hands her swim cap and her pink swimming goggles.
When Amy finally wakes up, she’s in the locker room, after a minute feeling strange she hears a voice, she knows too well: “Alright girls… come here quickly…”
It’s Ashley but now she knows her as her sweet mom. She joins her teammates she loves and hears her mom saying: “Ok… it’s soon your turn girls… don’t forget what we said last time… Emma you start, then you Alisha, then you Mary and finally you Amy… you’re ready to win this competition but don’t forget one more thing… if you lose… don’t worry it’s OK it’s only a game and you have nothing to worry about… alright… let’s go…”
The girls go to the pool as all the teams wait for their turn and suddenly Ashley says to Amy: “You’re ready baby girl? I know you’re going to be amazing no matter what… and even though you lose… you’re still winner because you’re my baby and you’re great… love you hunnie.”
Amy smiles with her cute braces as she answers: “Love you too mom… ok it’s our turn… see you mommy…”
Hearing this Ashley can’t help but to be emotional… not long ago this girl was the worst woman ever and now she’s the sweetest girl and in her body she can feel her pride as mom… she places herself on the side watching her team as the competition starts, Emma is good, Alisha loses the advance, same for Mary but she barely makes it… now it’s time for Amy and she sees her baby girl diving in the swimming pool and suddenly she sees herself in the competition, she flies and swims so fast as she gets the advance back and even beating the best time… giving her team the victory.
When she gets out of water the girls run toward her, same for Ashley as she says: “Woohoo you made it… well done girls… well done… you were amazing… well done Amy…”
The judges announce the results… Amy’s team win the competition, beating the second team by three seconds which is amazing. After a few minutes of celebrating with orange juice and biscuits, the girls are back in the locker room as they see the blue and gold balloons like their colors and the girls pose all smiling and happy for the victory as Ashley publishes the picture saying:
