Thanksgiving (1)

I’m not thankful at all… I live in a foreign land,
I have no money at all to go back to family in Turkey
and I hate all these cheerful traditions in America…

That’s what Zehra Karakurt says under her recent picture. She has taken it in her bathroom in her renting place in Jersey City, wearing her sportswear outfit with her pants, socks, shoes, panties, sport bra all from Adidas and jeans shirt.

On that Thanksgiving Day, Zehra is doing her courses, most of the places in her town are closed since everybody does Thanksgiving… until she finds a small pawn shop opened. Zehra doesn’t remember seeing this place before… it’s been few months now she lives in America and she has never seen this shop before. When she comes inside, the place looks old and dusty, few people seems to come here… probably why she hasn’t seen it before… the objects there look cheap until she sees the necklace.

It looks cheap just like everything else and yet… she feels drown to this piece… she wants it so bad, she grabs it when she hears a voice startling her: “It seems you have found what you wanted… oh I’m sorry I didn’t mean to startle you miss… I’m just glad that a beautiful young lady found the piece she desires on her first and maybe unique visit…”

Zehra wanted to put back the necklace but the vendor’s eyes sparkling in red, Zehra feels compelled to keep the necklace, she has bids of sweat on her forehead, she feels the temperature suddenly gets hotter.

The vendor suddenly smiles saying: “That’s true… Zehra… yes you want to wear the necklace… you’re thankful already… yes I know you Zehra, I know all your life in Turkey, your dreams to become a doctor back in Istanbul, your hate for American people and our traditions… especially this one of Thanksgiving… just because you’re not in Turkey… all this hatred is pointless… from now on Zehra… you become… a nice, sweet, soft American girl from Tennessee and don’t worry… nobody will ever remember your sad life or comments… Good luck with everything… baby girl…”

Zehra wants to scream, move on and leave as soon as possible this place but her body goes numb as she sweats even more, her middle-eastern tanned skin goes pale as freckles appear all over her face, her hair goes from black to chestnut and even blonde. Her dark eyes are now blue, her face goes rounder and cuter like the face of a very young woman even… a teen girl. Her body so much younger gains muscles since she trains hard, her teeth in rather good state suddenly go white and adorned with braces as the rest of her body confirms her new teenage form and her hymen comes back confirming she’s a virgin. In front of Zehra a huge mirror and it’s a massive shock for her as she looks like all those American girls in the Christmas stupid movies she really hates.

As she checks her new appearance, Zehra feels her head spinning as her memories slip away of her head, she forgets everything from her studies, her school memories, her life in Istanbul, her family, her friends and boyfriend till her very name… then new memories fill her pretty blond head as she becomes Jade Peyton Whitaker born here in Jersey City on November 5th 2015, she barely turns 15 years old and she has so many reasons to be thankful this year, her parents do great in life, Jade goes to a great school, she is really good student, she’s in the cheer squad of her school and to top it all she’s just received a prize of excellency in her school.

While all her memories are rewritten, Jade has new clothes on with black bra and panties, this stunning black dress her mother just bought for her black heels and the necklace she found in the first place. Everything is now ready as the room changes, the shop doesn’t exist anymore in this reality and Jade opens her eyes in the middle of the dining-room with her parents, her siblings. Jade smiles, revealing her cute braces.

Before eating, her father, who happens to be the salesman in the former shop, asks her to take this lovely pose in front of the decorations, smiling enough to reveal her braces and she posts it almost immediately as meal isn’t yet ready and says:

Hi there Jade here I’m so thankful this year.
Thankful for my family, my amazing friends, my amazing teachers too.
I’m so happy for my prize, my place in the cheer squad as co-captain
I love these girls like my sisters. Thank y’all Happy Thanksgiving
